« The practice of PÀIJEDA is possible in the International Martial Arts Academy of Monaco, only for children from 6 to 13 years old. They will continue their practice and their progression in grade, maintained in parallel, within the framework of the selection of multi-disciplinary martial arts (Krav-Maga, Kickboxing, etc.) already initiated, but which will be completed and enriched by introducing PÀIJEDA. PÀIJEDA will have its own uniform from now on: T-shirts and shorts or white trousers with logo, which will be provided for the children already registered this season.

We will continue to practice the other specialised courses offered by the Academy for adults and teen over 14: on the one hand, Self-Defence Krav-Maga or Penchak Silat and on the other hand, Kick-boxing/ Muaythaï/ Wushu Sanda.»
